WHEN TO ARRIVE?

Remember when you were young and left a party early, only to miss out on the "you won't believe what happened" moment? Yeah... don't leave early. 95% of our attendees stay until the last moment on Monday, 2/23. Plan on departing for home on Tuesday, 2/24.
DO I HAVE TO SELECT CLASSES?
No. We have plenty of room in both the Orange stage and the Blue stage ballrooms. You can simply select the classes you wish to attend on the day of the program.
WILL THE SCHEDULE CHANGE?
The schedule is never set in stone, as things happen; however, we try to make as few changes as possible. With that, SYNC reserves the right to change the schedule without notice.
WHAT ABOUT ALL CONFERENCE SESSIONS?
Occasionally, we will all be in one room for an all-conference session. These programs will appeal to both HS Senior and Youth Sports/Volume photographers. Our Opening Keynote and Closing Sessions will be DO NOT MISS events!
WHAT HAPPENS DURING SYNC?
We keep a very busy schedule with sessions, the trade show, and events. During the SYNC dates, there is no 'downtime' to go visit the beach, 30A, or the Destin area; plan that before or after the event. Our room rates are available 3 days pre and post, based on availability.
