• Rate is per person.
• Can’t make it? You can easily transfer your registration to another photographer up until 01/15/2027 (a $50 admin fee applies). Please note: tickets are otherwise non-refundable*.
• Hotel, transportation, and meals are not included. Room rates start at $167.
• Jump Starts, SYNC Circle Learning Library + AI Frame Shift, and The Luminary Exchange require an additional fee.
• Payment plan is no longer available after 10/31/2026.
• Registration transfers are only available for the main event registration, must be processed through the SYNC Transfer System, and completed NO LATER THAN 01/15/2027.

* NO REFUNDS for any SYNC event, online or in person. If circumstances arise that a registered attendee can no longer attend the event, the registration pass may be sold and transferred to another individual who is not already registered by the required deadline. There is an administrative fee of $50 to process a transfer, which is deducted from the amount refunded to the original registrant.
