How To Watch SYNC Sports Online

SYNC Sports Online will be one of the most unique online conferences you will attend in the photography industry. With a hybrid of live and on-demand content, you will be immersed in 3 days of online education. Below you will find information on how you will watch and interact with SYNC Sports Online.

How To Watch

Each attendee will receive a unique access code and link to enter the SYNC Sports Online portal. That unique code will allow you to watch and interact during the online event. Complete details will be provided upon completion of your registration. Here is a brief overview and NEXT STEPS of how to join SYNC Sports Online:

Register for SYNC Sports Online to receive your unique access code and portal link to the conference. REGISTER HERE.
The online event will be held in a private web browser accessible via a portal link. This event will not be on Facebook.
Sessions will start each day at 10:00 am est a full schedule is coming very soon.
We encourage you to watch LIVE each day, but all sessions will be available for on-demand viewing for up to 6 months.
Your access code is unique to YOUR paid registration and can only be used by one registrant.
Do not share your code. Sharing your access code is strictly prohibited. If shared, you will get locked out and not be able to watch the event yourself, as codes are unique to each paid user.
We recommend using Chrome to watch SYNC Sports Online.

Is this a webinar?: No. This is a full conference experience presented in an online platform. Most webinars are short 20-30 minute talks that leave you wishing you had more information. Our speakers will be presenting full programs. Most are one hour - just like you would see if you attended a live SYNC in-person conference.
Can I share my access code?: No. Sharing your unique access code is strictly prohibited. Your access code is unique to your paid registration and will only work on one IP address/browser at a time. Do not share your code, you will get locked out and lose your ability to watch live or on-demand.
Can I watch later?: Yes. All sessions will be available for on-demand viewing for up to 6 months. It's encouraged and preferred for you to watch live with us each day. Watching live is part of the conference experience and also allows you to interact with some speakers and vendors for the Q&A sessions and/or give-aways.
Is SYNC Sports Online a Facebook Live?: No Facebook Live here. We have invested in an online streaming presentation platform and conference portal to bring you a high-end experience as we pivot from our in-person event this year. Just because we can't meet in person this year doesn't mean that we shouldn't bring you a SYNC quality event! It is important for us to provide our community with an excellent quality online experience with the most value we possibly can. Our speakers and vendors have been asked to prepare education and offers unique to the SYNC Sports community that aren't readily available through much of the free webinars you are currently seeing on Facebook and Zoom right now.

Although we are not streaming this event as a Facebook Live, you will get an invitation to the SYNC Sports Private Facebook group upon completion of your registration if you are not already in that group. This is a great resource that is used within the SYNC Sports community to stay connected, share ideas and get help if needed throughout the year.
